When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders placed before 22:00 GMT are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 5–8 business days (Mon–Fri). Total time from order to delivery: 6–10 business days. All shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — no customs fees. Free shipping on all UK orders. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel’s progress at any time.
Which countries do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, with free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required. Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning there are no additional import fees or taxes upon delivery.
The estimated delivery time has been exceeded. What is the status of my order?
We apologise for any delays that may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as holidays, customs inspections, or high seasonal demand. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3 business days before contacting our customer service team at info@thornfieldandco.co.uk for an update.
I would like to return an item. What do I do?
If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at info@thornfieldandco.co.uk within 30 days of delivery to start the return process.
Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed return instructions and the return address.
Returned items must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within up to 10 business days and confirm by email.
