Shipping from China
All orders are shipped directly from our fulfilment centre in Shenzhen, China. We partner with YunExpress for international shipping, with final delivery handled by Evri, Yodel, or Royal Mail within the United Kingdom.
All shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT) are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on your location and any customs clearance delays. The total time from order to delivery, including processing, is 6–10 business days. Real-time tracking is available for all shipments.
Shipping Options
We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no additional shipping charges regardless of order value or delivery location within the UK.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link (track & trace) so you can follow your shipment and know when to expect it.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your items at info@thornfieldandco.co.uk for further instructions on how to return your order. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
